Technology:

The HUYAir HLF utilizes a control system with the “HUYAir Comprehensive” microprocessor, displaying the full performance of the cabinet on an LCD screen.
The cabinet is equipped with sensors to directly monitor the airflow rate and features a low-airflow alert mode.
Display alerts when the filter reaches the end of its usable life.
The motor utilizes energy-saving centrifugal fans from EBMpapst – Germany, extending the lifespan of the filters and reducing noise during operation.
Uses Camfil filters from Sweden or AAF filters from the United States; H14 filters with high filtration efficiency of 99.999% at 0.3 um.

Design:

The cabinet is designed with double toughened glass walls on both sides, allowing easy observation of the actions of the operator and the samples.
The cabinet is set up, operated, and maintained with simplicity.

Materials:

The outer shell is made of 1.2mm thick galvanized steel with chemical-resistant electrostatic coating.
The inner chamber is made of 0.8mm thick stainless steel (SUS 304).

Air is drawn in from the top and pushed through the main filter, where larger particles are retained, increasing the lifespan of the main filter.
The air is then blown through the main filter, creating a flow of clean air horizontally that exits the work area across the entire open front of the cabinet after being deflected away from the work surface.
The surface velocity of the filter is maintained at 0.45 m/s (90 FPM), ensuring sufficient air changes to maintain clean air in the working area.
The maintenance of an airspeed of 0.45 m/s with a uniformity of ± 20% over the entire filter surface is in line with international standards.
