INTENDED USE

LabCell™ Phosphate Buffered Saline – PBS is a buffer containing sodium phosphate, sodium chloride, and potassium phosphate. PBS is used for dilution, for washing cells, and as a buffer in many biochemical/cytochemical assays. PBS is also used for washing cells during lysis. PBS does not contain calcium, magnesium, or potassium chloride.
