- The Clean bench with vertical laminar flow – HUYAir VLF is designed to protect products, samples, or equipment from contaminants such as bacteria, dust, and airborne particles. With a vertical laminar airflow blowing from top to bottom, this clean cabinet creates a safe working environment, ensuring sterile conditions and optimal performance for processes that require high precision, especially in the fields of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
1.2. Features and Highlights
- The HUYAir VLF is equipped with a touch screen and microprocessor controller, providing precise monitoring and adjustment of operational parameters. Its integrated alert system notifies users when the filter and UV lamp reach the end of their service life, allowing timely replacement of key components to maintain operational efficiency. Notably, when the UV lamp is active, the fluorescent light and motor automatically switch off to protect users from UV exposure. The UV lamp also automatically shuts off when the cabinet door is opened, ensuring user safety. Additionally, the glass door alert system activates an alarm and light when the door is opened beyond 200 mm, providing maximum safety.
- The HUYAir VLF utilizes an AC centrifugal fan motor from EBMpapst, Germany, which not only saves energy but also reduces noise and extends the filter’s lifespan. Furthermore, when the glass door is fully closed, the motor reduces its power by 30%, saving energy and prolonging motor life while still maintaining clean air in the work area. The cabinet is also equipped with a HEPA filter from Camfil, Sweden, or AAF, USA, with a high filtration efficiency of 99.999% for particles at 0.3 µm, ensuring clean and safe air in the working area. The side walls of the cabinet are made of 5 mm thick tempered glass that is UV-resistant, allowing easy observation of samples and processes.
- The HUYAir VLF features a front door made of 5-10 mm thick tempered glass and an outer shell made of 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel with chemical-resistant powder coating. The interior chamber is made of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel, also powder-coated for chemical resistance, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning.
