INTENDED USE

LabCell™ GMEM is a medium that promotes the growth of Baby Hamster Kidney (BHK-21) cells and supports research on genetic factors influencing cell functionality. GMEM is free of proteins, lipids, and growth factors, requiring the addition of 10% tryptose phosphate broth. If the buffer is sodium bicarbonate (2.75 g/L), 5–10% CO₂ needs to be supplied to the environment to maintain the physiological pH of the cells.
