INTENDED USE

LabCell™ MC Coy’s 5A supports the growth of primary mammalian cells derived from normal bone marrow, skin, spleen, kidney, lung, mouse embryos, and other tissues.
Originally developed to support liver tumor cells, this medium allows the culture of primary cells from a variety of tissues (bone marrow, skin, kidney, lung, mouse embryos, etc.). It is also an excellent medium for the culture of many types of normal or transformed cells in humans and mice.
