INTENDED USE

LabCell™ DMEM (Low Glucose) is a medium containing 1000 mg/L of D-Glucose, used for cell culture. The product is supplemented with L-glutamine and sodium bicarbonate. It is formulated to preserve and maintain the growth of various mammalian cell types. With the addition of bovine fetal serum, LabCell™ DMEM (Low Glucose) also supports the proliferation of mouse embryonic stem cells.
