BacterBag™ Dry Sterile Physiological Saline is a high-quality dry medium, packaged in a transparent, lightweight, and convenient plastic bag, designed to simplify the preparation steps in microbiological culturing processes. Each BacterBag™ Dry Sterile Physiological Saline, when supplemented with sterile distilled water, produces 20L of complete medium, ready to use without complex preparation
This medium is an isotonic salt solution used to dilute samples and prepare bacterial suspensions for identification and antibiograms.

PRINCIPLES
BacterBag™ Dry Sterile Physiological Saline with Sodium chloride at a concentration of 0,85%, maintaining the osmotic balance of the environment, ensuring cell morphology and integrity. This solution does not affect any biochemical reactions or antibiotic susceptibility testing.
