Technology

HUYAir Bio2 utilizes a “HUYAir Comprehensive” microprocessor-controlled system that displays the full performance of the cabinet on an LCD screen.
The cabinet is equipped with direct sensors to monitor air flow rates and integrates a low-speed wind alert mode.
Alert display when the filters and UV lamp reach the end of their useful life.
When the UV lamp is activated, the fluorescent lamp and the motor will automatically turn off. The UV lamp will also automatically turn off when the door is opened to protect the user.
Door alert: When the glass door is opened beyond the 200mm limit, an audible signal and lights will activate to ensure safe operation.
When the glass door is fully closed, the motor will automatically reduce its operation to 30% to save energy, extend the motor’s lifespan, and maintain a clean working environment.
The motor uses an energy-efficient EBMpapst centrifugal fan from Germany, which extends the lifespan of the filters and reduces operating noise.
Uses Camfil filters from Sweden or AAF filters from the US; H14 grade with a high filtration efficiency of 99.999% at 0.3um.

BlueTouch Touch Controller:

The HUYAir Bio2-1800 Prime utilizes the “BlueTouch” microprocessor control system with a wind warning mode when the airflow speed is low.

Lights and fan: Controlled via the touch screen.
Touch screen display: Clearly shows the inflow and downflow air speeds.
Independent fan speed adjustment: Maintains a downflow speed of 0.35 m/s and an inflow speed of 0.53 m/s via airflow sensors.
Filter replacement time setting: Alerts when filters need replacing due to reduced efficiency.
Door alert: When the glass door is opened beyond the 200 mm limit, an alarm and light signal are activated to ensure safety during operation.
Energy-saving mode: When the glass door is fully closed, the motor automatically reduces to 30% operation to save energy, extend motor lifespan, and maintain clean air in the workspace.

Design

The cabinet is designed with double-walled compartments and internal pressure to completely prevent and isolate hazardous air.
Scientific design, lifting frame, and support frame create a sturdy working surface.
The cabinet is set up, operated, and filter maintenance is very straightforward.

Materials

The outer shell is made of 1.2mm thick galvanized steel with chemical-resistant electrostatic powder coating.
The inner chamber is made of 0.8mm thick stainless steel SUS 304.
The door material is 5-10mm tempered glass, designed with counterweight for easy opening and closing.

The surrounding air is drawn in through the front grille and the side walls, creating an inward airflow.
The incoming airflow is divided into two portions: 30% of the airflow will be exhausted outside through the exhaust filter, and 70% of the airflow will be evenly distributed over the surface of the HEPA filter, creating a downward vertical airflow.
