PCR cabinet with UV and Clean Air – HUYAir PCR Elite is designed to protect the amplification and analysis of DNA and RNA from environmental contamination.
Cabinet structure: 2 layers, both the interior and exterior made of electrogalvanized steel coating by powder resistant chemical, UV, and bacteria.
Side walls and sash made of UV-resistant tempered glass, sliding sash, and counterweights.
DC motor and EBMpapst fan from Germany ensures energy savings.
Work zone: ISO class 5
HEPA (H14) or ULPA (U15) filters from Camfil (Sweden) or AAF (USA) with 99.999% (H14) or 99.9999% (U15) filtration at 0.3 µm/0.1 µm.
Microprocessor controller with a touch screen displaying real wind speed, time settings, UV, door opening warning and wind speed according to settings, and can be calibrated directly on the screen about fan speed.
The cabinet angle is 7° for easy operation
There are access ports for accessories such as valve of air, water, gas, and head for online particle counting samplers.

Room air is drawn from the top of the cabinet through the main HEPA filter.
Air is evenly pushed through the main HEPA filter to create a flow of clean and uniform air within the work zone, aiming to dilute and flush out contaminants present in the air. The nominal filter face velocity of 0.3 m/s (90 fpm) ensures an adequate number of air changes within the work zone to eliminate cross-contamination and maintain optimal cleanliness.
Purified air moves across the work zone towards the work surface in a vertical, unidirectional downflow stream and then exits the work zone through the open front and rear of the cabinet.
