- INTENDED USE
BacterBag™ Sterile Physiological Saline is an isotonic salt solution used to dilute samples and prepare bacterial suspensions for identification and antibiograms.
- PRINCIPLE
BacterBag™ Sterile Physiological Saline with Sodium chloride at a concentration of 0,85%, maintaining the osmotic balance of the environment, ensuring cell morphology and integrity. This solution does not affect any biochemical reactions or antibiotic susceptibility testing.
- 0,85% saline solution to perform dilution of various samples.
RESULT INTERPRETATION
- Media used to dilute different samples. Therefore, it is necessary to perform secondary culture methods in other selective environments to identify bacteria.
BacterLab ensures the quality of each product batch by testing it with standard ATCC strains.
