INTENDED USE

BacterChrom™ Campylobacter Agar is a selective chromogenic culture medium intended for use in the qualitative direct detection, differentiation and presumptive identification of thermotolerant Campylobacter.
The packaging with semi-permeable Cellophane film helps balance the humidity of the environment during storage.

PRINCIPLES

BacterChrom™ Campylobacter Agar enables the differentiation of microorganisms based on their metabolic activity, which produces distinct colony appearances. The chromogenic components in the medium interact with the target microorganisms, resulting in characteristic colors that simplify identification.

Allow to warm to room temperature before inoculation, dry the plates in an incubator with the covers partially removed.
