The Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinet, HUYAir HLF designed to be used with non-hazardous and easily accessible materials within the working area. The distinctive feature of this HLF cabinet is to create a clean working environment within a specified range, widely applicable for cleaning the working area and internal components of the cabinet during operations, with a digital LCD control system.

Technology:

The HUYAir HLF utilizes a control system with the “HUYAir Comprehensive” microprocessor, displaying the full performance of the cabinet on an LCD screen.
The cabinet is equipped with sensors to directly monitor the airflow rate and features a low-airflow alert mode.
Display alerts when the filter reaches the end of its usable life.
The motor utilizes energy-saving centrifugal fans from EBMpapst – Germany, extending the lifespan of the filters and reducing noise during operation.
Uses Camfil filters from Sweden or AAF filters from the United States; H14 filters with high filtration efficiency of 99.999% at 0.3 um.

Design:

The cabinet is designed with two partition walls and internal pressure to prevent and isolate airborne contaminants effectively.

The air enters from the rearmost part of the cabinet through a pre-filter system (where larger particles are captured, increasing the lifespan of the main filter).
The air is blown through the main filter, creating a clean airflow in a horizontal direction and exiting the working area across the entire open front area of the cabinet after being diverted away from the work surface.
The surface velocity of the filter is maintained at 0.45 m/s (90 FPM), ensuring an adequate air change rate to maintain a clean air environment in the working area.
The airflow velocity is maintained at 0.45 m/s with a uniformity of ±20% across the entire filter surface. This surface velocity is compliant with both US and international standards for safety and quality.
