INTENDED USE

The AirShower is a device installed in the intermediate (buffer) room between the cleanroom and the non-clean environment, designed to remove all contaminants from the person and materials before entering the cleanroom.

FEATURES

Structure: The interior and exterior are made of SUS 304 stainless steel or electro-galvanized steel, coated with electrostatic powder, offering high durability, chemical resistance, and microbial resistance.
The interlocking system is sealed, preventing the door from opening during the air shower cycle.
Equipped with emergency stop buttons inside and outside to halt the air shower cycle and deactivate the interlocking system in necessary situations.
The door is made of tempered glass or Polycarbonate.

Uses powerful fans and HEPA (H14) filters from Camfil (Sweden) or AAF (USA) with 99.999% filtration at 0.3 µm (H14) or 99.9999% at 0.1 µm (U15).
