PassBox – Tecra.PB.BioSafe

INTENDED USE

The PassBox – Tecra.PB.BioSafe is used to store and transfer specimens between different areas, ensuring that the samples remain uncontaminated and maintain their quality throughout the transfer process. The passbox minimizes exposure to the external environment, protecting the samples from dust and humidity while saving time and effort in sample management.

FEATURES

Structure: Double-layer design with an exterior made of 1.2mm thick electro-galvanized steel and interior made of SUS 304/316 stainless steel, increasing durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning.
Observation window is made of transparent Polycarbonate, UV-resistant, and capable of withstanding high temperatures.
UV lamp: Sterilizes the working surface inside the transfer box.
Interlock (mechanical or electrical): Ensures the “one closes, one opens” principle to prevent cross-contamination between rooms during sample transfer
